Focusing on the actions of words of Dr. King, we like to read this book, available from Amazon.

This craft activity is a great resource after learning about the life and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for students to respond in a meaningful and appropriate way. This makes a great a bulletin board for Black History month. It’s easy to make and comes with step-by-step photographic directions – perfect for projecting to a smart board or printing out and displaying in a center. You can download it from my Teachers Pay Teachers store here!
